Refund & Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns or replacements only if you receive the wrong product
  • The product is damaged during delivery
Important Note: Due to the perishable nature of snacks, we do not accept returns for reasons such as personal taste or change of mind.

Return Process

  • Raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery
  • Email us at meldonaindia@gmail.com with:
    • Order ID
    • Clear photos of the product and packaging
    • Reason for return

Refund Method

  • After verification, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
  • You may opt for a replacement instead of a refund

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled
  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed
