Eligibility for Returns
- We accept returns or replacements only if you receive the wrong product
- The product is damaged during delivery
Important Note: Due to the perishable nature of snacks, we do not accept returns for reasons such as personal taste or change of mind.
Return Process
- Raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery
- Email us at meldonaindia@gmail.com with:
- Order ID
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Reason for return
Refund Method
- After verification, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7β10 business days
- You may opt for a replacement instead of a refund
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be canceled
- Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed
